Aer Lingus has announced it will operate a daily flight on its Cork Bristol route for the duration of this year’s Cheltenham Festival.
In all the air line will add 1400 extra seats on its Dublin Birmingham, Dublin Bristol and Cork Bristol routes for week famous racing festival taking place between Tuesday, 15 and Friday, 18 March.
Cheltenham Festival is a favourite amongst Irish race goers, with over 700,000 people attending the festival every year.
An additional two return flights will run between Dublin and Birmingham on 14 and 18 March, with an extra 700 seats available. The airline will operate a total of thirteen return flights over the two days to meet strong demand from race goers.
In addition, Aer Lingus Regional has added a total of 700 extra seats on its Dublin Bristol route. The airline will operate three flights daily on its Dublin Bristol route in addition to the daily flight on its Cork Bristol route for the duration of race week.
