Discussions are ongoing with two tenants for the 100,000 sq ft development at the former Capitol cinema, which saw the final section of its gleaming white facade added this week.

The rebuild has been pitched as a game-changer for Grand Parade and the nearby areas, with office and retail tenants showing an interest.
